Cancellation of Removal for 42B NON-LPR

To qualify for non-LPR cancellation of removal, you must meet the following  requirements: 

1. Have been physically present in the United States continuously for at least ten years; 

2. Have a good moral character for ten years; 

3. Have not been convicted of certain offenses [crimes listed in INA sections 212(a)(2), 237(a)(2), or 237(a)(3)]; and 

4. Your deportation would cause exceptional and extremely unusual hardship to your LPR or U.S. citizen spouse, child, or parent.
